Introduction
Shanxi Hando Foundry Industries Co., Ltd is established in 2003, with total investment of 18,000,000 US Dollars. Hando occupies land area of 66,000 square meters with building area of 30.000 square meters. There are 300 employees, among of them 50 are engineers and quality assurance peoples.
Hando is owned and operated by a group of professional foundrymen with well-educated background and senior experiences of foundry and mechanical engineering. There are foundry workshop, tooling & machining workshop and heat treatment workshop. The annual production capacity is of 20,000 tons of gray iron, ductile iron and ADI castings. The casting weight range is of 0.1kg to 25 kg. Hando has three automatic moulding lines (two of them imported from Japan), many sets of CNC machining centers and CNC machining tools, and adopts CAD/CAM/CAE technology, and owns the equipments of checking chemical composition, microstructure, mechanical properties as well as 3D layout machine.
The main products of Hando are automotive OEM castings, compressor castings, engine castings, general machinery castings and mining castings. Over 80% of the products are exported to the famous companies in United States and Europe, such as Eagle Picher, New Holland, Lenze.
Hando has passed ISO/TS 16949: 2002 certified by TUV Germany.
